Gelato #45 - Hemp Cutting | Modern US Genetics from Cookie Fam

The Gelato #45 hemp cutting from Cookie Fam is one of the best-known modern US genetics and represents a balanced combination of stability and distinctive growth. The cross of Sunset Sherbet x Thin Mint Cookies produces a versatile hybrid structure with clearly defined characteristics.

With a genetic ratio of 30% Indica and 70% Sativa, this cutting develops dynamically, while its phenotype displays more indica-dominant traits. This combination makes Gelato #45 an interesting and versatile variety for different setups.

Genetics & Origins

Its genetic background brings together international origins from Afghanistan, Mexico, South Africa, Colombia, Nepal, and Thailand. This line was developed in the California Bay Area and is considered a fixture of modern US genetics.

Sunset Sherbet contributes stability and structure, while Thin Mint Cookies provides the characteristic hybrid dynamics. The result is a distinct variety within the Gelato family with clearly defined traits.

Characteristics of the Hemp Cutting

As a hemp cutting, Gelato #45 provides a genetically identical reproduction of a selected phenotype. This offers consistent growth and a high degree of predictability without genetic variation.

The plants develop a medium to slightly taller growth habit (approx. 60-70 cm indoors), with a stable structure and even branching. Despite its Sativa-dominant genetics, the overall form remains compact and manageable.

With a flowering time of around 60 days, this variety develops efficiently and consistently. It is suitable for both indoor setups and outdoor applications under appropriate conditions.

Quality of Our Hemp Cuttings

Our hemp cuttings are taken from selected mother plants and rooted under controlled conditions. Each cutting is carefully tended to ensure strong and stable development.
